Heading for Home

Lon was getting a little stir crazy in the back seat, we stopped a beach on the side of the road, near Grayland. Lon had a marvelous time!

We did not let him go down on the logs.
Big Rock. We had to take it home. Lon was so pleased with his big rock that he dug up all by himself.

We got Lon back in the car and made it to up near Westport and we stopped at another beach. I left the Eagle Feather on the beach. Lon had more fun digging in the sand.

More rocks! Rocks are the best!

Westport! What a fun little town. We had a nice al fresco lunch there. I think we are going to go back and explore the area a little more later on this summer.

Looking out at the harbour. There was a seal lion out there, but in all my photos of him, I just got his rear end. Not too photogenic.

The sun was trying so hard to come out!

Outside of Raymond, we passed the Lady Washington. Our state's very own Tall Ship!

It was a good weekend. Lon is a great traveler and alot of fun.

This was the last picture of the weekend, I fell asleep shortly after we left Raymond. Lon did too. We did not wake up till we were about an hour from home. It was good.
