Juanita Carnival 2012

Tonight was the annual carnival! Lon was so looking forward to it ! He did one pass at the boucey house obstacle course before we went in, but he was so fast I did not get a photo of him!

Cake Walk! Lon loves the cake walk! We played it  twice to start the evening off.

Angry bird ball toss.  Since Lon has not played angry birds since Auntie Theresa left with her smart phone, he is not so good at this.

HE MADE A BASKET ! And what is even more impressive, I caught it on film!  Lon was very pleased with himself. I was proud of him too

He tried archery for the first time. He needs a little more work on that one!

Treasure Box. Lon got a ice cream cone toy. It is a ball and cup kind of thing.

Then it was back to the cake walk. He spent the last of his tickets there, and we did not win a cake. Instead of getting upset, he just looked at me and said, Mom, can we make a chocolate cake when we get home.  I sort of looked at him and he said, well, okay Mom, I can watch TV and you can make the cake. But it needs to be chocolate.
Lon had a great time at the Carnival. It was fun for all of us.
