First Saturday in December

December is so busy! The first Saturday was no exception.

We started out with the cub scout pancake breakfast!
I made 110 pancakes for the event!

Lon got to meet Santa. Santa handed out the pinewood derby cars. We will start working on it after Christmas!

After breakfast we went down to the market. We had a great time. This little barn is new. Looks like a fun place, but we had already eaten.

 These are the same birds that were chicks over the summer.
They are full fledged chickens now!

We went to lunch at a new place, Way Back Burgers.
The burgers were pretty good. Lon ate an adult size burger and fries, most of my shake and a rootbeer.
He wanted to show off his full tummy.

Happy Boy

After lunch we went over to Tuesday Morning. This is a bathroom basket that Dad put on his head.
So far he thinks it is sort of funny

Then, not so much.

It was a fun day.
