Today Lon and I went for a walk. Tomorrow it is supposed to rain. We went up to Sweet Caroline's Chocolate Bar. It is a wonderful place, actually inside Party for Less (across from Safeway) When we go shopping at Safeway, Lon doesn't want the free Safeway cookie, he wants his French Macaroon from Sweet Carolines. He has VERY good taste. The coffee is also really really good.
After a snack for Lon, we were back outside. When we were down at Juanita Beach we saw some ducklings! 
Lon quaked at them. He had lots of fun with that.
After we went home for a little while, we were off again to help Uncle Vasu in his vegetable garden. In such a short time the patch had gotten VERY overgrown with weeds!
We worked for over an hour to clear all the weeds. 
We got it all cleaned up and ready for the new plants ! There are peppers, tomatoes, zucchini (one plant), cucumber and eggplant going in. Tomorrow we will plant!!
It was a really fun day.
