Edmonds Rotary Waterfront Festival

Today was the last day of the Festival and it was too hot to stay home. (92) The waterfront sounded like a great place to go.

They had a roasted corn booth! Super yummy.

Lon was very fascinated by the pony ride. I was not really sure he would like it once he got on. Next time we will give it a try!

They also had Lon's Band. The Inca Players. The Andean flutes and guitars. Lon loves that type of music. He really likes to just sit there and watch, he taps his foots and his hands on his knees. It seems to make him happy. The festival was fun, they had lots of fun booths, but they also had a ton of people trying to sell me windows, new siding and that got annoying. Overall it was good and it was Rotary thing. They do good work.

Walking back to the car along the marina path.

Beauty shot of the Edmonds Marina.

Taking a few minutes to read the flyer from the Coast Guard Auxillery.

Lon liked the fountain.
Just a few minutes after we started driving home Lon fell asleep. It was another big day for him. Hot weather, ocean breezes, just wears a little guy out! He had a nice nap.

After we got home, we emptied the pool and moved it to the garage. We also took down the tent. Our timing was great! As I was putting Lon to sleep, the Angels started bowling! The rain came down and finally it is cooling off. Just a little, it is still 80 degrees at 10:19pm.
