Happy Birthday to Kayla!

Today was Kayla's birthday party! She was turning 4. The party was held at Remlinger Farms. We had not been out there in a very long time.
All the fun things to see!
We got to the party a little early, so we went on some rides. The Whirly Bird was a hand operated ride. Lon got it to go around, but he could not get it going very fast. I got on and helped him. It would have been really fun if we had another adult on the ride, but Lon and I did okay.

We went back to the Birthday Corral.  Brian and Kayla were there and all the kids were playing with the party hats and blow outs!

Since the other kids had not arrived yet, Lon, Kayla and Brian went to the hay jump and hay maze. Underneath this layer of hay, is a trampoline.  Lon had lots of fun with that!
Going into the hay maze.
Brian, Kayla and Lon on the train.  It was a cute tiny train around part of the park. We saw part of the Hell Run too. It looked like a ton of fun.

The kids has arrived! We were waiting for the pizza!
Pizza! There were three kinds, Cheese, Hawaiian, and vegetarian.  There was also a ceaser salad.
Ice Cream! Everyone got their own personal little tub of ice cream!
CAKE!
Brian and Lon enjoying their chocolate cake!
Then it was time to back and play in the park. Lon made hay angels at the hay jump!
I think Lon is looking forward to snow
Dumping hay out of his shoes
Waiting is never fun, and waiting for a pony ride is really hard!
Introducing himself to the pony he is going to ride. The pony's name is Blackberry.
All ready to go!
Lon was having fun on his pony. Not so sure about the girl who was leading the pony through the course
Then Lon found the put your head in thingys. I really need to find out what they are called!

There were alot of those things!
The very lazy river canoe ride!
The big pig at the petting zoo
Lon and Donkey. He was really feeding them this time. He was having fun till Mommy ran out of quarters.
The recently sheared alpacas. Love the hair! Lon was laughing!

We were going on to the antique car ride, but just when we got up there, the ride was shutting down for an hour.  All the rides and things were starting to shut down for the hour.  It was time to go home anyway.
We had a good time.
Happy Birthday Kayla!
