After the wedding ceremony, and all the photographs-- the ones at the playground are going to be just precious. We went to a gorgeous home for the reception.
Lon saw Mommy remove her shoes, so off his fancy shoes went too! There were people who came for the wedding we have not seen in ages and it was wonderful to get to know them again.
The food table and the cutting of the cake, the cake was super yummy, I have to figure out just how they did that frosting. It was a creamy layer of whipped cream covered by fondant.
Two of my Moms. Both look so good. Mom and Andy left for the honeymoon suite at the Willard. Nice. We got to go back to Fredericksburg to get ready for the Sunday Reception. We thought since there were so many folks from out of town a little gathering on Sunday would be fun.
The main dessert table.
The new Mrs. Hobson inspecting our work.
Lon is doing the best kind of inspecting, eating!
The ham and salads. Christa is making the salmon for the grill. Yummy!
Lon on the screen porch. I really was going to put him in a super cute fancier outfit, however, I ran out of time. He is cute in anything he wears though.
Drew is teaching Lon how to blow bubbles. Drew is 6 months older than Lon, he is a smart guy! Not to mention super cute!
