Happy Fourth Birthday Drew!

Our Saturday was amazingly busy! Our first stop, a person Mark knew in high school is living out here and has a little guy about Lon's age. We visited with them for about 2 hours. It was very nice. Then, off we went to Drew's fourth birthday. I am amazed at how all the little guys now look like little boys, there is no baby left in them!

They still bounce like Tiggers though...

Lon walking the balance beam. He has always enjoyed that. Now he is getting pretty good at walking/running down the beam.

The Jungle Gym was a very fun place. They had all sorts of great gymnastics equipment, all sized for smaller people.

The parallel bars held a giant fascination for both boys.

The giant rope swing was great. Lon wanted to do everything more than once.

My little guy having fun!

Small size zip line! I wanted to do this too, however, it had a 100 pound top limit...

The assistant walked the kids down the zip line. Lon wanted to go faster and by himself! Didn't happen. He was happy with that.

A water break! Showing off his bruise. He fell on a toy.

Playing with the parachute. Lon misses the parachute ~ we used to do that at kids in motion.

The kids would sit in the middle of the parachute, and get wrapped up! We would walk around, wrapping the kids in the chute, then we would stop and pull the parachute straight out. The kids whirl around! Lon loved it!

Drew did too! The parachute was the last activity of the party. Then we moved on to snacks and cake! Yummy!

We all had a great time! The party was super fun.

Loved the party photos. I really like the one of Lon on the balance beam. He looks so grown up.
Love you,
Mom

You won't ride a chair lift but you'll ride a zip line????

Yes. And I will ride a chair lift, if I can ski down, but I do not like it much. I have seen too many disasters with the whole gondola thing... shivers at the thought..
